Director and AnimationThe music video is an extension of the album artwork and is a combination of important ideas that Dyan considers constitute his identity. Those being his Chinese heritage and his queer identity. The storyline depicts the Rabbit God, the chinese deity that manages love and sex between homosexual people, returning home.Food is an important in Chinese culture as a symbol of community (if you spend time with Chinese people, you largely just spend time eating) and for Chinese immigrants as one of the last bastions of culture to be preserved when you leave the mainland.
